By messaging Sir Winston AI on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Sir Winston AI is a WhatsApp-based assistant that provides golf league information, including player rankings, team standings, skins results, and weekly highlights. The service is operated by Matthew Van Wely and is intended for members of participating golf leagues.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for golf league members who have been added to the WhatsApp contact list by a league administrator. Use of the service by unauthorized individuals is not permitted.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on league activity. You may receive notifications after weekly rounds, when standings are updated, or in response to direct queries. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

5. Opting Out

You may stop receiving messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from Sir Winston AI
• Contacting a league administrator
• Emailing mvanwely@gmail.com

6. Accuracy of Information

Sir Winston AI provides information based on data entered by league administrators. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Official league results should always be confirmed with your league administrator.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
• Send spam, abusive, or harassing messages to the assistant
• Attempt to extract proprietary information about the service

8. Limitation of Liability

Sir Winston AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in league data, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided by the assistant.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any user from the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also discontinue use at any time by opting out as described in Section 5.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
