Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data Sir Winston AI holds about you. This includes your WhatsApp phone number, name, and any message history or league data associated with your account.

How to Request Deletion

Choose either method below:

Via WhatsApp: Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to the Sir Winston AI WhatsApp number. Your request will be logged immediately.
Via Email: Send a deletion request to support@sirwinstonai.com using the template below. Include your phone number so we can locate your record.

Suggested email format:

To: support@sirwinstonai.com Subject: Data Deletion Request Please delete all personal data associated with my account. Name: [your name] WhatsApp phone number: [your phone number, e.g. +1 416 555 0100]

What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove:

Your WhatsApp phone number from our records
Your name and nickname as stored in the league system
Any message history stored in association with your number
Any preferences or settings linked to your account

Note: data shared with Meta (WhatsApp) or Anthropic (Claude AI) is subject to their respective deletion policies.

Response Timeline

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receipt. You will receive confirmation at the email address or WhatsApp number you used to submit the request.

After deletion, you will no longer receive notifications from Sir Winston AI. If you are an active league member and wish to re-enroll in the future, contact your league administrator.
