Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data Sir Winston AI holds about you. This includes your WhatsApp phone number and any message history associated with it.
How to Request Deletion
Choose either method below:
- Via WhatsApp: Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to the Sir Winston AI WhatsApp number. Your request will be logged immediately.
- Via Email: Send a deletion request to mvanwely@gmail.com from the email address or include the phone number associated with your WhatsApp account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove:
- Your WhatsApp phone number from our records
- Any message history stored in association with your number
- Any preferences or settings linked to your account
Note: data shared with Meta (WhatsApp) or Anthropic (Claude AI) is subject to their respective deletion policies.
Timeline
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email, depending on how you submitted your request.
After deletion, you will no longer receive notifications from Sir Winston AI. If you are an active league member and wish to re-enroll in the future, contact your league administrator.
